Jiffy Lube Live Rules
Venue rules and information shown here may be subject to change. For latest venue rules information, please view Live Nation listing here.
Jiffy Lube Live amphitheater policy is governed by several basic rules. Please note that these may be subject to change, and you should check directly with Live Nation or the amphitheater itself if you are in any doubt. Please be kind to your fellow concert-goers and follow these Jiffy Lube Live Rules. You’ll enjoy the entertainment experience much more when everyone is safe – not just the audience, but the performers as well.

ALLOWED
The following items are permitted in the Jiffy Lube Live amphitheater arena, provided you keep to the following rules.
Jiffy Lube Live personal items policy
You may bring cushions and/or blankets with you, provided the artists or event doesn’t object or preclude their use. If you’re sitting on the lawn, you are permitted to bring low lawn chairs, as long as they’re less than nine inches (9”) high off the ground. Some lawn chairs may be available for rent. You’re also allowed a small, clear bag or backpack, a small umbrella of the personal, tote-type, and for most events you can carry binoculars.
Jiffy Lube Live eating and drinking policy
You are allowed to bring some food with you, as long as you pack it in a clear plastic bag. Ensure your food is completely sealed in a plastic bag no larger than one (1) gallon size. No alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks are permitted, apart from one sealed bottle of water per person (no larger than one (1) gallon size).
Jiffy Lube Live pet policy
No pets are allowed into the arena, excepting only service animals for assistance.
Jiffy Lube Live parking policy
You’re permitted one space per vehicle in the adjoining parking lot, free of charge. It is, however, on a first come, first served basis, so you’ll need to get there early. Public parking is available at a little distance from the Jiffy Lube Live amphitheater, or you can purchase Premier Pass parking to ensure a spot close to the arena.
You’re allowed to drop off guests, but you’ll have to get back by 9:30pm at the latest to pick them up. At 9.45pm the police will begin to close off the road.
Jiffy Lube Live tailgating policy
Tailgating activities are allowed before you enter the Jiffy Lube Live arena, provided you’re respectful and obey the Virginia State Laws (4.1-308 and 18.2-388). Underage drinking is illegal, and so is selling any alcohol from your vehicle. You should pick up any trash before you leave, including barbecue grill coals. The tailgating areas are strictly monitored by police and events staff.
Jiffy Lube Live camera policy
Jiffy Lube Live policy allows you to bring a personal camera (in most cases), but you mustn’t use it for recording video. You can’t have a camera with removable lenses or use flash, as this disturbs the performers. Video cameras are allowed only in special circumstances, when approved by tour managers or the venue’s administration.
Jiffy Lube Live children policy
You can bring children under the age of two (2) years for free, but older children must have a ticket.
